Not enough detail in product description - do vinyl dumbbells have contoured grip? Couldn’t zoom photo either. Chat was not timely enough to get an answer. Temporary shipping surcharge is now a ripoff as container shipping costs have come back down to prepandemic levels. This should be removed.

The process and ease of purchase was fine, pricing is competitive, but it would have been nice to know before that you have a surcharge on all purchases before the checkout process. I am not disputing the surcharge and I understand, but it would be better to understand any hidden fees to add into the cost of the product.

It’s very easy to find what I need and to order it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of all the items I have ordered.

Found a great deal on barbell and weights! Bumper plates at that also. (It's ironic to order exercise equipment on Thanksgiving day, but it will be worth it.)

Great selection of products at a really good price— Made it possible for me to my home and travel fitness set up. Absolutely easy shopping and quick shipping.
