Hello Staci, I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the surcharge costs on your recent order. One of the many byproducts of the pandemic was a disruption of the global supply chain, causing costs for raw materials and international shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs, which have yet to return to normal levels, rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding a TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
