Tammi was amazing to work with every step of the way. Their industry knowledge and ability is very professional. She kept up on our communication.

I had to go to the office twice because the bond was not signed properly due to the proprietor having two different registrations with the state and the name he signed with (no middle name) was the lesser of the two amounts and did not cover my bond. I live in the East Valley and the office is North Phx/Glendale airpark area. Not good.

They're totally on top of sending reminders when Bonds need to be renewed. We deal with Bonds in several States, and some have unique requirements. Viking keeps track of exactly what's needed for each one, and provides them quickly.

Helped me get a surety bond for auto dealership, woman on the phone very friendly and helpful. They sent me the bond to the dealership address on accident and without any hesitation or ANYTHING she sent me another to my home address immediately. Love their customer service!
