Perfect Sleep PadReviews of perfectsleeppad.com

Ordered March 7 and therefore paid via credit card, it's been 20 days and I have heard nothing. Nothing in shipping. I left emails, calls and social media messages , nothing. This is a fraudulent company.

Worst product stay away and don’t waste your money. Worked well for a few months then stopped working. When it did the only person that seems to work for the company make you jump through a minion hoops until you just realize your better off to just throw it out.

Buyer beware. No money back although they received the product 5 months ago and just said that "funds are tight."

We recently purchased the Perfect Sleep Pad. At first the unit was great. It cooled extremely well. The settings are easy to understand and it is pretty quiet. This is the good news. About 2 months of use, the unit stopped cooling properly. It does not cool below 22 Deg C when I am in the bed. It used to easily get to 13-14 Deg C and stay there all night. As I said, very comfortable. We have tried contacting the company several times with no response. We are just looking for help as to why the unit stopped cooling down after initially working so well. We performed all of the maintenance and flushing etc with no change in the performance. We are really just hoping someone from the company will contact us so we can figure out what the problem is. I do no like leaving poor reviews on products that really do seem to work. More frustrated with the service than the product at this point. Thanks.

Very bad experience! I had been buying from the Chilipad company for over ten years, but I began to have trouble with that company in 2021, so I decided to try this one. I bought a "Perfect Sleep Pad" in December 2021. By February, the pad was leaking all over the bed and the unit no longer cooled. The first time I called to let them know the unit wasn't working properly, I got crap from Henry and Jesse. They asked why I wanted to run it so cool, and said well studies show it's better to sleep at a higher temperature, and maybe I should try running the unit at the other end of the bed; completely ignoring the fact that the unit was no longer functioning properly. I had to buy a watt meter and send Henry the info on how little energy it was using before he would send a replacement, in the meantime I barely slept because my bed was so hot. When I sent photos of the pad leaking, Henry sent me a replacement for that. Within two months the replacement pad was leaking even worse than the first one, and Henry didn't respond to my email. When I called several days later, he did return the call finally, but he told me they sell thousands of pads every year and nobody ever complains about them leaking. He refused to send a new one unless I paid for it, in spite of the supposed two-year warranty. Beware of this company! They use three different names that I am aware of, and possibly more. Their website says Perfect Sleep Pad. The phone calls come from Closet Reorganizer and the bill comes from Your Organic Source. I have seen the exact system for sale on other websites under even more names than that. Just a warning not to trust this company with your money. If you do buy from them, be sure to send any payments through Paypal. I did and was able to have my money refunded because they decided in my favor when I opened a claim.

Ordered it on 3/25. Finally arrived on 4/9. Opened box - the white box with the control unit in it was not sealed but looked like it had been taped twice previously so I was already worried it was a refurbished unit. Followed instructions to set it up. The hose that attaches to unit and pad has fabric pulled away from the end on one side. Fine - if it cools it is good. THE CONTROL PANEL DOES NOT WORK. No lights - no buttons - nothing. You call the number listed - nothing - you have to leave a message with person 2 whoever that is and I have yet to hear back. The email for Henry on the FB site - he is as useless as number 2. The other email suggestion with info in the address - nope. This is ridiculous for the unit was not remotely cheap. I cannot return it without a Return Authorization but cannot reach anyone to get a return authorization. BUYER BEWARE.

Once you buy, impossible to return or use your warranty. No one answers the phone. Complete fraud company.

The company fraudulently sells their product pretending to be Chili Technology. They are unprofessional, can barely put together a business email, and are not looking out for your best interest. Consider the negative reviews on Trust Pilot; everyone experiences the same issues. Don't fall for their fake 5 star reviews. Avoid Perfect Sleep Pad, buy a real ChiliPad instead.
