12-18-25 UPDATE: Followed directions for deep cleaning. Error message appears no matter what I do. Manual says to send the control unit for service. NO! The unit is not quite 4 months old and was used for about 1 month. Now it is completely useless. Would I recommend this product or this company? No. In my opinion, it is junk. Give what you would pay for this product to your favorite charity instead. THAT will make you feel good. 12-17-25 UPDATE: Finally, I received today the drainage key that was shipped via UPS September 17, 2025 according to the label on the package. A 3-month delay! Absolutely ridiculous! NOTE: The drainage key is hard to use. Product should be designed not to require a drainage key to empty the water inside. Not sure if deep cleaning works or whether unit will work after deep cleaning. UPDATE: 11-25-2025 I still have not received the drainage key. I asked for a Return Merchandise Authorization 11-13-2025 but was denied. Company asked me to confirm my address, which I did, so they could send out a drainage key. _____________________________________________________________ I received my order at the end of August 2025 but without the drainage key. Without it, I cannot drain out the water from the mattress pad or the control unit. This means that bacteria, mold, and gunk will accumulate in both items rendering an expensive purchase useless. Twice in the 5 1/2 weeks since I received my order I have requested the drainage key by phone. Today, I called the phone number given on the website again but that number is no longer working. The mattress pad is ok for cooling. Sleep on your back or stomach to avoid hip pain; the tubes are too hard to be comfortable if you need to spend part of the night sleeping on your side.

Henry is a scam artist. I purchased this unit and was genuinely excited to start using it. My home was built in 2018 with no electrical issues, and I carefully followed the instructions. The unit would run for 5–10 minutes before repeatedly tripping the breaker. I tested it on multiple outlets with the same result. When I reached out to “customer care,” I quickly realized it wasn’t a real company—just Henry himself. He claimed he had never heard of the problem and told me to return the unit, which I did in its original packaging. Days passed with no update. Attempts to contact him by phone or email went unanswered, and when he finally replied, it was by text from his personal cell phone. He told me the unit “works perfectly” and promised to call me the next day. That call never came. After chasing him through calls, texts, and emails, he eventually claimed he would issue a refund. Three business days went by—no refund. At this point, I had to escalate the matter to my credit card company because I had essentially been robbed of $1,000. When Henry finally called again from a different number, he blamed “issues with his finance system login.” I told him the entire experience was extremely unprofessional and that I had expected to be dealing with a legitimate business—not some guy selling units out of his house. His response? He said he didn’t like my attitude and that he “didn’t need to hear my bullshit.” He even suggested I was lying about the unit not working, which makes no sense—I bought it because I wanted it to work. Bottom line: Henry is running a shady operation. He dismisses legitimate concerns, dodges accountability, and insults his customers. Save yourself the headache and your money—don’t support this sketchy business. The negative reviews are absolutely correct.

It’s a scammy rebrand of 5 year old junky product called thermacycle. Don’t deal with these people, you are wasting precious hours you have left on this earth. Blessings.

Shady Henry (the owner) has no issue not shipping your product for months after buying it (until he’s legally forced). The police have been notified and will be investigating. Never buy anything from this scammer. **Edit** Sub 15 IQ Henry just glosses over a TWO MONTH delay in shipping like it’s no big deal and wouldn’t prompt literally anyone to open a fraud case😂 He thinks he knows everything and has a made up story for each of the hundreds of negative experiences with him. He’s fooling no one with the fake 5 Star Reviews and is too dumb to know that when he’s involved in a fraud case for not shipping a product for over 2 months, simply ignoring them won’t make them go away. Of course, he chose to ignore them, as well as my email to cancel the order, because he hadn’t shipped the product nor did he intend to. There was never even an email about the “out of stock” situation he claims. (One of the countless excuses he’s told many people from a simple google search). This idiot thinks he can do whatever he wants with your money “maybe I’ll ship the item in a few months, maybe never… maybe I’ll honour the warranty, but probably never” and then freaks out the second he has to face the consequences of his actions. “At Perfect Sleep Pad, we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service” LMAO totally! As long as you ignore the voicemail you left threatening you were going to “come to my house” and the hundreds of negative reviews that prove otherwise.

I would also like to give this a 0 star review. I bought it 4 months ago and have still not received the product. It’s always “we just need 2 more weeks for it to come in”. 2.5 months ago they sent me an email saying that “ en route via sea freight and are expected to arrive within the next week” and today I get the same email. Customer service is probably the worst ever. They don’t answer their phones and it takes about a week for them to call you back. I’m pretty sure this is a one man show who’s never operated a buisness before

Would give it a zero if I could. Customer service is terrible - he sounds like he sells these out of his trunk. Less than a year and the pad has started to leak - said he wont warranty as a 'manufacturer' warranty because he doesn't know what I do in my house? Very unprofessional and sketchy. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered March 7 and therefore paid via credit card, it's been 20 days and I have heard nothing. Nothing in shipping. I left emails, calls and social media messages , nothing. This is a fraudulent company.
