I spent AUD $400 purchasing a Daytona model. Looked great for about one week then minute hand stopped at number 11 every time. Sent 3 emails, none of which were responded to and now I am left with a useless piece of expensive junk. Advise no one to deal here as these people are shonky. STAY CLEAR

To make the long story short. I never recommend buying from perfectrolex. Why? Simply because of the poor quality. I got the watch and used it for only 1 month and it turn out that it is not water resistant and I got water leaked into the watch and the bracelet which made from fabric start to tore down. To return the watch back to get refund you have to ship it back on your own expense. DO NOT BUY IT. And I wish they allow photo sharing here so I can prove every single word

Their shipping is way too long...Their communication is way too late...I have three major credit cards with large available credit and their website, Perfect Rolex, would NOT take the cards. They would accept an e-check, however, that takes 11 days for them to verify clearing from my bank who paid it 9 days prior! Then they write me and congratulate me for the clearing 11 days later and that shipping will be 25 days additional to receive! Their excuse is Covid-19...They use DHL..the slowest shipping carrier known to man...I feel they are using my money in overnight lending...as banks do...Pay Pal got sued about that and I am going to sue Perfect Rolex

Don't bother. I bought a Daytona from them, looked nice enough, then one of the chrono hands came off. I've had the watch for three and a half months. I reached out to them and they said, sorry there is only a 3 month warranty. So if you want a working watch for more than 3 months...

I purchased from this website before and had a good experience and decided to purchase another watch for myself, this time however it was quite an ordeal...as the watch i received did not keep accurate time from the it arrived...I contacted customer service and received messages but no help whatsoever they just completely ignored me frustration. I would not recommend this site it is money down the drain
