Excellent service throughout and a great product. You may not be buying a real Rolex but I doubt if the Swiss companies customer care is any better! Great product too with amazing attention to detail.

Takes a long time but when the watch arrived it’s perfect. Even though it took a long time customer service did keep me informed of the shipping progress. I will be buying a second watch from them soon.
