Stay away.......
I purchased this watch and it did not work right out of the box. I was offered 2 choices....keep the watch (that does not work) and receive a 30% credit on future purchase or return the watch to China at my own expense. Sub par craftsmanship and ZERO customer service. Steer clear from this company!

If that customer’s review for perfect Rolex.io is genuine, that means either he is lying, or perfectRolex.io are selling models identical to a 30 year old Rolex design! that’s a pretty outdated, old design. Unless they sell reps of vintage models?

Ordered 21/10/2022 and still waiting… was told it would arrive by 08/12/2022 latest, have tried to chase about 100 times on email and no response. Tried to speak to them on live chat but no one gets back to me. Absolute scam, don’t bother !

Watch does not work after 4 months
My watch stopped working after only 4 months. I have sent 2 emails but no response. Poor customer service do not waste your money. They do not support the product they sell. Very disappointed.

I was assured 10-15 days it’s now been 59 days and I’ve received nothing They now ignore my messages I’ve tried to get my money back and they won’t respond they’ve told me it’s slow delivery due to pandemic but yet on this review site there been no mention of delayed deliveries in fact all received within time they were told but they still refuse to admit there a issue with my delivery ! Won’t send another watch or give me money back! So all these reviews must be fake I’m down £230 and have nothing be warned DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOUR GET NOTHING !!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE
