Diligent and honest. Purchased a replica for my nephew's 18th. There was an issue with the bezel tip and they issued an immediate refund. While the issue is a quality concern, Cindy was diligent, honest, and prompt with the refund and immediate communication.

Fantastic customer service, they called me when the product shipped, when it left the country when it arrived in the US when it was near my city. There email support is great always responded answered my questions. Live chat was fantastic as well. I will return again and purchase it. Thank you for great experience. Oh also the watch was awesome, I ordered swiss model but it looked flawless when I got it. I wish they would get more models like the hulk in the swiss form factor. Just a great experience tho.

Customer service was great from the moment I submitted my order. I got a call to confirm my order, along with updates on my purchase. The information included, time/day it was shipped, when it was on its way, and when it arrived. I also got contacted once it was arrived to make sure we got the time piece and it was in the conditions it should be. I am very satisfied! I tried ordering from another website and their service was horrible, I'm glad I decided to order from here!! I will definitely order again!

I am pleasantly surprised with the Rolex. Really great quality even compared to my real Rolex Datejust! I plan on getting perhaps the Submariner for my husband. The shipping time was not at all bad considering where it came from! All in all I would say my experience was a 10! Great customer service! Highly recommended.

I have to tell you, this is the best company (Customer Service), I've haven't seen in a long time (Kudos). If, you really want a "Perfect Rolex" look no further. I had a small issue, and "Customer Service" was right on it. They actually sent me another one, because of the minor issue, I couldn't believe it, no questions asked, and it's absolutely stunning. I have a real Blue face two-tone Submariner, and this is actually better looking. They are the real deal, trust me, guarantee you, you can't go wrong. One happy customer.

This is my first time ordering through this company. While the processing time was a little on the slow side(which is expected with the current covid situation), the staff was very helpful when responding to any questions that I had during the process. Shipping was very fast, received my watch in less then a week! Very happy with the quality of the watch. Will definitely be ordering one of the watches their from Swiss collection next.
