My husband bought this watch for himself and is over the moon with his purchase. The quality is extremely good although he thought the strap was a little thin. That said, you would be hard pushed to distinguish from the real thing. The whole process from the time the order was placed to receiving the item was faultless. Let me started by saying the customer service is great!!! I was a little worried in the beginning because it is a kinda of long process with ordering and paying for the watch.. so I reached out to customer and they respond right away... which was great.. and they walk me through the whole transaction with sending tracking information.. and when Your order is going to ship and everything.. the only manner problem I had was it takes a little while to receive.. about 25 days but it is on website that it may take that long.. but I think must say that the watch I ordered looks amazing!! So I’m very very happy with my purchase so thanks guys...

Superb service, speedy delivery even before christmas and during the pandemic. Email confirmations, phone calls and tracking details, couldn't fault it. The watch is beautiful too.

I ordered my watch from perfect Rolex website. I read their notification about taking a little bit of time to get delivered and I was okay with that. I ordered the watch and it took about 20 days to get which was what they stated it would take and I received it on time. Once I received the watch it was better than I had expected. I do not believe you could tell this from the real thing. I would definitely buy another watch from them. They have excellent customer service and definitely respond back to emails promptly.
