Very professional! And coming from China you never know what to expect. I've had Chinese fake Rolexes in the past and the gold rubs off of the metal and looks horrible after a week or so. This Daytona all Rose Gold has been very durable. I just ordered another. I'm getting ad new style Yacht-Master all stainless. They are a bit slow when it comes to preparing the watch for the courier, but once it's sent with FedEx, UPS, USPS (EMS), or DHL, it takes about 2-3 days to receive the watch. Awesome company!

Great watch! I have an authentic Rolex Batman that has never been worn. I bought this to wear and preserve my authentic watch. Side by side there are some subtle differences, mainly the color of the third hand (24 hr hand) color is off. But not sided by side you would never know. Great watch. Great customer service.
