I have received my Rolex and I love it! I am also grateful for the company for being concerned with the delivery- due to the pandemic it was an issue but it arrived ok.

I've purchased 4 watches from them, they are legit. takes about a month to receive but its well worth the wait (have had them over 3 months)

Hi I'm Alonso from austin Texas. So I bought rolex Daytona, very nice watch , came wrapped in bubble wrap in carton box and a tool to adjust the bracelet size. Its a good watch just not water resistant, don't go swimming with them or you'll have to return the watch and pay the shipping costs to China. About $50 for a new one. This company is good and legit , all I know is that they called me the day after it was delivered to follow up I didn't answer their call until about a week later, they followed up with me via email. I purposely didn't give them a review just to test out the watch for some days. What happened is that some water got inside the glass where it tell the time, i tried putting it in rice like they advised me over the phone when I called them about the incident and warranty but after a day of waiting g to see if it dried the inside I called them back and asked for a new one. I then answered their call and told them it was water damaged. They took care of my concern by emailing me instructions of how to ship the watch back to them to get a free new one. It was very quick to get both the 1st watch and the 2nd watch delivered. Maybe 4 or 5 days max . Over all great customer service and great support. I know they are trust worthy and will deliver quick. Thanks for a good quick smooth experience while buying a watch though you all. I referred my brother !

Beautiful watch. Would take a trained eye to thoroughly investigate in order to distinguish between the original. Excellent communication throughout the process as well. I would definitely recommend this watch and choosing this company to make your purchase.

All the way through the process , PerfectRolex was PRO !! They actually reached out via Phone to thank me , keep me updated and answer any and all questions I might have. Their Customer Service is quick to respond and definitely on top of things. The watch is as advertised and when they tell you it’s PERFECT , it IS !! I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future and you should too !! It’s great to know that there are companies like this out there that aren’t scams and are honest every step of the way !! BRAVO !!

I was incredibly skeptical ordering from perfect Rolex but I took a chance and glad I did. They were through and followed up had a tracking number watch was sent to me in less then two weeks. The watch is super nice. I have referred friends and will buy again.

I am so impressed with this company. They were so great with all communication, let me know when my watch was shipped, delivered, everything! I actually returned the first watch i received (i actually loved the watch, but only wanted to exchange it because it was similar to my moms Rolex she got for Christmas!) and sent it back to them, which they exchanged for another watch completely free!!! I only had to pay shipping to get the original watch back to them. They were just awesome. I wish every company was as great about communicating as these guys are. The watches are gorgeous also! I’m extremely impressed.
