They have been very responsive to my needs, I had one watch that came andit was not functional for some reason. sent a video and no questions they sent a replacement and it was absolutely the best. the Swiss grade GMTII and Submariners are identical to the real units the best replicas I have seen. I will order the other Swiss models when they are back in stock. Milguass, Skydweller, Yachtmaster and Pepsi GMTII! my only concern many swiss grade models are not in stock, they must bee really good.
