I am very pleased with my purchase. I am also impressed that they followed up with me afterwards when I had questions. They definitely treated me like a valued customer, unlike a lot of places that forget you after the purchase.

The customer service department was fantastic they cut me alert as far as shipping dates and times pursuant to the number of hours that I work the watch came sooner than I anticipated the quality was absolutely fantastic excellent job

Pleasantly surprised! Bought a copy of my actual Rolex to wear out without worrying about losing it/having it stolen. They look identical (oyster perpetual). Only obvious difference is the clasp (not as crisp as the real product). Communication was great, called frequently to keep me informed. I think answering these calls is important, if you don't your watch could be delayed. Arrived earlier than expected. Tempted to buy another!

Everything went well all the way from the order to delivery. Perfectrolex were very active along the process. The watch itself seems very solid with great detail and quality. I just love it. Highly suggested.

I got my watch about 20 days after I ordered it. I couldn’t be happier with it! It looks and operates like a real Rolex! Hard to tell the difference to the naked eye!
