The watch is fast by 5 min after the first 2 days i have to set it everyday, usually after 5-6hrs it has to be reset

No watch,no refund, no response

Bought a watch and initially the customer service was great, fast replies to emails and even a phone call to say it was on its way. Sent through DHL and took around a month to arrive. Not long after wearing it I noticed it had stopped, took quite a bit to get it going again and from then on the accuracy was all over the place. Sometimes it was -20secs/day to being over a minute fast, also still stopping randomly. I was told my card had been refunded, please wait up to 14 days. That has well and truly passed with no refund, no longer any response to emails and they ignore my messages through the chat on their site. Watch has been binned and I now realise I likely won’t get the refund that was agreed upon... very disappointing. Take my experience as a warning that if anything goes wrong you are probably on your own.

These people are the worst no watch no refund they outright rob your money and you never hear from them again

Ordered a Datejust a month ago from these crooks, no email, no tracking number, no watch, no refund. These people are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They just keep telling you to be patient. Alerted my bank to do a charge back on my funds. Next step is the FBI

Ordered a watch 3 weeks ago (24th of October 2020) Never received shipping details as promised in the order email. Emailed the company 3 times, no reply to anything. Checked the online order tracker which said the order was processed and awaiting a refund - News to me! Contacted them on the online chat to be told that they are experiencing delays and have sent my order for a refund instead of shipping. I asked if was going to get confirmation of this refund as i have been told nothing at this point and how long the refund will take, the sales persons reply was "Yes we will update you on this very soon". Very poor form, paid $204 nearly a month ago for a christmas gift that is not going to arrive and have no visability of when this refund will arrive.

I received the watch and thats good, the shipping was no problem and received the trackcode and etc. Bur the problem is, the wacht quality is poor, i payed for the best quality, (swiss) i hear the clock ticking, the weight is not ok, and if i shake my hand, it gives alot of noise. I think this is a noobfactory ? Idk.. Rolex milgauss.
