i’ve now been blocked from everyone from perfect rolex i tried there number got put through to an answering machine and it cost me £78 charges from vodafone PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They are a complete SCAM, Don't waste your money. They will call you right away to confirm payment to initially come across as a legit business, I ordered a watch that was in stock November 3, 2020. Then by boxing day I still didn't receive the watch contacted the company they responded that due to covid they could not ship i totally understand that as the whole world is dealing with covid . They told me they would refund me , I explained I would wait due to covid I understand they told me its not right to keep my money this long . Ok and they said they would refund me . The person I dealt with was Nicola she responded by email that they did refund me . I complained again after speaking with my bank NO you haven't refunded me . NO REFUND AND NO COMUNICATION. Complete Scam lesson learned.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Perfect Rolex is a 100% FRAUD!! The postive reviews listed are fake. They will say your watch has shipped and once it never arrives, they offer to refund your money and it is NEVER sent. AVOID this FRAUDULENT company at all costs!!

HORRIBLE! Received my watch 2 months after purchase. Began to lose time almost immediately. Two weeks ago, the 55 minute marker fell off inside the face. Sent an email and got no response. After 'chatting' with an agent online, was told my 3 month warranty had expired. Tried to send another email and it won't go through. Absolutely the worst company ever! Buy a Timex!

A rolex MUST HAVE a tight bevel. Eqsiest way to spot a fake is the bevel. So Ordered a watch, got it a month later, the bevel was loose. (A $40 timex has a tighter bevel than this one did.) So i sent it back for $50. Two months later I get a replacement, this bevel is EVEN LOOSER than the first. Complete incompetent garbage.

First order ceased by Chinese customs. Sent a second which turned up 6 weeks after paying. This gained 20 secs a day and died 6 weeks later. Told It would be replaced but then the saga started, it was out of stock constantly. Eventually they they told me there were still problems a refund was issued and it would take up to 14 working days!! That was almost 5 weeks ago. They no longer reply to any emails. The phone number they gave me dose not exist, Keep clear.
