Hi Abby, we are so glad that the Smart Topper cools you when you even knowing you needed it. Glad to hear that you're also getting good use out of the warming mode. With the current early morning autumn chill, I have mine set to warm when I wake - it's quite cozy. Or might I say, "Perfectly Snug." If we were in the customer service inbox right now I'd request screenshots of your Home, Settings, and Schedule screens.🤍 If you'd like, feel free to email [email protected] and ask for Dusty to review your settings for you - if you send the screenshots, and let me know what you're experiencing, I can help. It's my favourite thing to do around here! I don't get to do it as often anymore. ;) Just based on what you shared, my guess is we would make your Sleep Phase colder but lower the Fan Limit for you, and keep Responsive Cooling on. It would depend on whether you ever wake up too cold, and what your preferred Start level is. I did see one email from you where you mentioned heating as well - I'm a cold sleeper, I start with preheating, then set my topper to cool me gently, then it warms again in Wake Phase in the winter. I love helping sleepers with a similar profile! My offer is sincere, please feel free to reach out, and I can take a look for you.
