Pepper + VetiverReviews of pepperandvetiver.com

I love the creative selection of pieces that P+V offers. They have an artful eye. Susan, in customer service is a superb communicator and responds quickly. She solved an unexpected issue professionally and in a timely manner. I will order again. And maybe again.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Lazy Susan, coasters, and a large salad bowl with utensils. There was great communication and emails for my delivery. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Definitely a classic act.

I purchased the Palmer Wood + White Bowl and it is absolutely stunning. When I placed my order, my discount code would not work. I reached out to them via email and they immediately credited me the difference based on the discount code. I would definitely order from here again!

Unique and beautiful pieces!!

Made my first purchase from Pepper + Vetiver. I ordered the Medium Palmer wood and white bowl with the coordinating salad servers. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The bowl is unique and beautiful to be out on a counter for display if you have the room. Will purchase again from this store.

I purchased the Lucera Rectangle Wood Board, and the website recommends pairing with the Lucera Round Wood Board. I purchased both. Pricey items. But was looking forward to displaying in our kitchen. I received two very different items. One was matte in finish and the other was very glossy. Clearly error on their end (quality control). I was able to return and get a refund. But unfortunately cost me $41 to return items that did not match to begin with. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Pepper + Vetiver Customer Service was excellent. I had a question about a product and they responded quickly to my email. My bowl and glasses were packaged well delivered on time. I will be ordering again soon!
