Pepper + VetiverReviews of pepperandvetiver.com

My first purchase was a wonderful lazy Susan, which is very decorative as well as large enough to be practical. It looks and works great! It was very carefully packaged and arrived quickly. It won't be my last purchase!

The store responded promptly to my request and I was completely satisfied; professional, friendly and I will shop at Pepper + Vetiver without hesitation

I had a terrific experience from order the salad bowl and servers to receiving them in perfect condition. The bowl is absolutely gorgeous and you would not believe the careful wrapping that was used for the long distance they travelled. Thank you so much!

Excellent online shop to buy small decorative items for the house and for kitchen. I have several items and keep going back for more! Also - good customer service.

They sent me two defective items and they are heavy and they refused to have someone pick them up and instead are making me jump through hoops when they should have inspected items in the first place. They have been terrible to work with and I will never do business with them again. Do not gamble on this company!

My experience was great. Ordering online was simple & fast. When I thought my item was stolen or never arrived customer service was right on it with me. Luckily I received the item the next day!!!

There products are wonderful - just as pictured. Their service department is the best with speedy answers and always wiling to help.

I love the wooden salad bowls and errors and give them as gifts for wedding or hostess gifts. I ordered one for a friend and in checking out, I was offered another for 20% off. I tried to click on the bowl and servers, but you could only click on one. Realizing the additional bowl was going to my friend's house, I tried contacting them immediately. It took over a week to solve while I kept getting your item has shipped messages. In the end, the bowl came to me correctly, but I still don't have servers so I don't know if I will keep it or not.
