They sent me two defective items and they are heavy and they refused to have someone pick them up and instead are making me jump through hoops when they should have inspected items in the first place. They have been terrible to work with and I will never do business with them again. Do not gamble on this company!

I purchased the Lucera Rectangle Wood Board, and the website recommends pairing with the Lucera Round Wood Board. I purchased both. Pricey items. But was looking forward to displaying in our kitchen. I received two very different items. One was matte in finish and the other was very glossy. Clearly error on their end (quality control). I was able to return and get a refund. But unfortunately cost me $41 to return items that did not match to begin with. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I purchased some itens on their website and first of all the information on the website was very misleading since it shows an estimate date, but the estimate is not for delivery, it is for shipment, which inclusive not all of my itens was shipped within the estimate dates. After I receive my itens, all of them were damaged, they refused to give me a refund, they want to give me only store credit, which is ridiculous. I received all damaged, sent pictures to them via email 10 min after I receive my order, and that was nothing they could do other than replace or give me a store credit. Be away from this company if you want quality and honesty.

The product is unimpressive, the order will come very very late, the customer service is tragicically bad. I ordered 3 weeks prior to xmas and the product arrived 12.29. I reached out multiple times... it took 3 weeks to get a response. I had no choice but to return. I never ever return - this is a first and it's because the company is BAD and the product is average and overpriced for the quality.

Do not buy here. Poor quality, no customer service and takes forever to receive items. Instagram scam.

I ordered Christmas gift and have still not received it. There is no way contact them except through email. After 2 weeks I finally received an answer in the way of a form letter response. Still no product has shipped. Also, beware of positive reviews on their Factbook page. They have deleted most negative comments, including mine. I would advise being very cautious buying from this company.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I've emailed them several times about a couple of products that I ordered. They have never responded! I also ordered an item over a month ago for a Christmas gift that I still haven't received. I'm ok with cancelling my order because it's now after Christmas but there's not a way to cancel the order. AND, when I go to return it, they charge the customer to ship it back to them. I've ordered several things from this company, but I"m done! I will never order from this company again!

Ordered Christmas gifts early December. No product arrived and no reply to inquiries. Do not purchase from here.
