Everybody was so helpful. I had issues they dealt immediately. If you want to rent a truck, Penske is the right choice. Don't even look at Uhaul.

Things don’t go perfectly in business. How I rate companies is more about what do they try to do when things don’t go well? I tried to find a truck online at around 11 PM on a Friday night. This is in the heat of summer where moving trucks are pretty much fully rented out everywhere. I felt pretty lucky to find one with Penske. Well, turns out the online platform wasn’t accurate and the truck I’d requested was not available. I heard from Jack at the Earth city location at 7:51 AM the next day! He let me know well in advance of my pick up time that he was sorry but it actually was not available. Honestly, that is good enough service to me for a five star review. That being said, he didn’t just let me know it wasn’t available, he came ready with alternative options for me to get a truck. This may seem simple, but in a world where people can get pretty apathetic about customer service I was very impressed by it. I’m just a random customer. He didn’t need to go above and beyond. But he did. Five stars.

I was in desperate need of a rental truck when I reached out to Darius at the Penske Rental location in Milford, DE. At the time, he didn't have anything that fit my needs, but he assured me he would keep looking and let me know as soon as something became available. From the very beginning, Darius made me feel like finding me a truck was just as important to him as it was to me. He stayed in frequent contact, kept me updated, and when he found the right truck, he even arranged to have it moved to a more convenient pickup location for me. The level of customer service he provided was truly above and beyond. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares and follows through the way he did. Because of the experience he gave me, I will absolutely continue to do business with Penske in the future. Thank you, Darius, for going the extra mile and treating me like a valued customer. I have already shared my experience with your manager because exceptional employees deserve to be recognized, and I hope Penske knows what an asset they have in you!

She confirmed my truck return immediately, followed up to ensure everything was handled properly, and made sure I received my receipt right away. Her efficiency and great communication made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend
