Penske Truck RentalReviews of pensketruckrental.com

I would like to issue a 10/10 review for Adrian A. who is a representative from PA. I also made sure to compliment Adrian to Andrew who is a supervisor to share my pleasant experience. Adrian assisted me with booking a truck rental as I am having to move again under extremely unfortunate circumstances. Although I feel overwhelmed and stressed during this time, Adrians pleasant and empathetic attitude towards my situation, made my day and mood that much better. Not only did he offer impressive discounts, he was was also knowledgeable and very resourceful. Adrian went above and beyond and showed a great deal of professionalism. I can only hope that penske has many more employees like Adrian who are willing to be just as amazing as he was in assisting consumers. May this review reach him, his employees, and his upper management so that they are able to share my warmest thank yous. Keep setting a great example!

I want to thank Miss Burke at 1985 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx New York for a wonderful experience. You were awesome. You’re one in a million. Thank you.

Excellent service all around. Amount quoted was exact, to the penny, no surprises. 2nd time cross-country move with Penske. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

I just rented a Penske 26 foot truck. The truck was in excellent condition and great to drive. Price was great and every one’s service was exceptional!!! Thank you Penske for making the move better!!!!!!!

I enjoyed my return uses with Penske and their team at 43rd avenue and Roosevelt in Phoenix. Jurell is awesome she has great excellent customer service as well.. I will continue to use them. I have used them before.

The representative in Etowah North Carolina was excellent! I have rented from other companies in the past and in my opinion Penske is the best. Many thanks for making this a great experience.

The representative (owner?) was very patient and friendly. There were so many options available that I asked a million questions. He was knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He was very helpful. All billing and quotes arrived in minutes in a clear, concise manner. The truck was perfect for me. It was immaculate, parked right in front of the door when I arrived. 5 Star Service from start to finish. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO THE HAZLETON, PA PENSKE TEAM!
