Everything was done well. I just wish that the red printing on the black pencils was bolder. It is a bit hard for older people to see. But I am sure my teens will love them!

Awesome customer service, product and speed. We wanted pencils for a ballet performance event and at first I wasn't going to personalize them. But, decided to and of course then wanted to change the color. All I had to do was open a chat - it was all taken care of for me, order processed and shipped very quickly and the quality is perfect. Very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!!

A good amount of the pencils the bottom 25% of the characters non existent. I mean, it's okay and I'll use the rejects. but reaching to give a handful to clients will mean culling them first.

I was really pleased with the design that Pencilguy helped me create. Unfortunately, we miscommunicated about the date that the pencils were needed. When I realized that I wouldn't have the pencils in time for an event, pencil guy offered to cancel the order. I will work with this vendor again.
