you sent the wrong color. I ordered brown shoes; you sent black. However, I love the shoes – they are very comfortable, but I really did need brown shoes. Other than this, I would've given five stars!

I ordered shoes that were advertised as crocodile but, were cheaply made shoes. When called to return the item the representative was very dimmisive. He stated that they never said the shoes were genuine, but on the contrary they were not!

I think the price that I got for the shoes that I ordered was outstanding. I will first time back. Overall I was happy.

THE SHOES WERE GREAT, THE PRICE WAS EVEN BETTER BUT THE SHIPPING COST AND THE PACKAGING WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I PURCHASE SHOES ONLINE(over 40pr} and I HAVE BOUGHT ALLIGATOR COWBOY BOOTS THAT COST LESS TO SHIP BUT THE ISSUE IS MY SHOES CAME WITH THE SHOE BOX SMASHED AND TORN. I KNOW THE SHIPPING COMPANY MAY HAVE DONE THIS BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED WITH A OUTER BOX TO PROTECT THE BOX AND SHOES. THIS WAS A LIMITED ITEM AND I COULD NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF LIMITED SIZES AVAILABLE. I AM SO GLAD THE SHOES DID NOT GET DAMAGE. PLEASE PACKAGE MORE CAREFULLY FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS.

My shoes were delivered in a timely fashion. They fit very comfortable and they look great.
