The shoe trees look to be of Good…yes
The shoe trees look to be of Good Quality, but would like to have more tension in the springs. Just my preference.

Beautiful design
Beautiful design, however inside of shoes are not that comfortable.

Hi, Sorry you think inside the shoes are uncomfortable, these are all leather elegant European dress shoes, which don't have extra cushions inside, so if you are not to these type of shoes you will find them uncomfortable at first .

you sent the wrong color
you sent the wrong color. I ordered brown shoes; you sent black. However, I love the shoes – they are very comfortable, but I really did need brown shoes. Other than this, I would've given five stars!

Hi Mr. Janeiro, Thank you for your review, we are happy that the shoes fit you fine and comfortable, We did check the order and pictures that we take before shipment, your shoes are dark brown, we have them in 3 different shade of brown the one you ordered its a very deep chocolate brown that could mistake with black. enjoy them

Shipping too expensive
Majority of online store offer free shipping you guy's never offer free shipping and you guy's are so stingy your sales can run for many years and the price never goes down. That's why I buy shoes from you rarely.
