Beautiful design, however inside of shoes are not that comfortable.

Hi, Sorry you think inside the shoes are uncomfortable, these are all leather elegant European dress shoes, which don't have extra cushions inside, so if you are not to these type of shoes you will find them uncomfortable at first .

There was a mix up in shipping (I ordered boots via expedited air), but they made it to me before the weekend and they credited me for the shipping! Great service and products as always. DS

Hi Mr. Hampton, we are very sorry that you are not happy with shipping time, some of the polishes you ordered were on back order , we do not want you to be unhappy thats why we cancelled and issued refund so you can purchase from different retailer.
