Exactly as described
Exactly as described. Received on time as they said they would be here. One for each bathroom in the house. I would highly recommend buying one of these Very well worth the money paid

I looked at other equipment first
I looked at other equipment first, but your's just stood out for quality. From purchase to receiving it was only a couple days. The two items we purchased, a shower chair with back and a helper rail for around the toilet, were a great price, and had a pkg special on them, that sealed the deal for me. Assembly was very good. I recommend this brand for medical helpers around the home.

Great product and great instructions to…
Great product and great instructions to help put the chair together. The best documentation I've ever seen. Quality of the chair is excellent. One suggestion: The rubber mat that goes on the seat of the shower chair, it might be better if there were rubber pieces on the underside of the mat that could snap into corresponding holes in the seat to keep the mat in place.

The shipping was great. Pelegon got the order ready fast.
I ordered a piddle pad and a potty chair. Just wished I had ordered the bed rails then. They were sold out. I couldn't believe they texted me the very next day to say they got more.
