This company and their customer service is FANTASTIC! I placed an order and under unforeseen circumstances needed to cancel ( order was placed 2/3 days prior) Aileen at customer service was the best customer support I have ever experienced! My order was cancelled and full refund granted ( one product was already in shipped and generously considered). I thank this company for understanding and I will most definitely order again if needed. Thank you

This is a quality product. I have arthritis in both knees and it was a challenge getting up and down off the toilet, this makes it a breeze now. Truly a god send!

Great customer support. I ordered the wrong sized item. Pelegon promptly responded and refunded the cost to me, so I could get the correct equipment. Would definitely buy from again.
