The ordering process was easy and the delivery was prompt. My problem is that I expected delivery to my house but it was made to the post officewhereI havea postal box. I am in my 80's and walk to the post office with a walker so I am unable to pick up the large box containing the walker thatI purchased. It is still at the post office. I'm working in that problem.
