I used this after a total knee replacement. It’s easy to use, works well because of all the Velcro closures. My only complaint is that I wish they had a larger ( wider ) size. With all of the swelling on my leg, I can just barely get the top and bottom straps closed. I like that I can wear it around the house and it still stays on. It was important in my recovery because I had to ice after every set of exercises and it made it easy!

The rollator we received was missing the two back rest screws needed to secure the back rest into a safe and position. Therefore, the back rest can slide up and off and cause one to fall backwards while sitting, making it unsafe to use to sit and rest while walking. Other than missing these two small screws, the overall rollator quality, design and appearance are fantastic. Stable and easy to maneuver through tights spaces inside the house and for longer walks outside on terraces and sidewalks. Lightweight aluminum frame folds with one pull on an handle to put the rollator in the car. Comfortable handle grips with well positioned handle grip wheel lock controls are safe and easy to use. Brake cables run inside the frame, so there’s no worry about the cable catching on furniture or clothing while maneuvering. And it looks more like high end mountain bike than it does an old fashioned walker. The image of an old folks’ walker or shopping cart style rollator is the cause of hesitation by many seniors to even consider getting and using a walking aid. Pelegon’s rollator came as a pleasant surprise. We considered several other brands, including Drive, byAcre, and Comodita. All produce terrific rollators, many far more expensive than Pelegon. However, after comparing specifications, materials, design, and appearance, it was clear to us that Pelegon provided a superior product and at a greatly reduced cost. Packing mistakes happen and Pelegon went above and beyond to address the situation. Pelegon offered to overnight ship a replacement or to issue a full refund, whichever we preferred. This is the second Pelegon product we’ve purchased recently and there were no problems with the other product. I would recommend this rollator without hesitation, both for the quality of the product and for the responsiveness of the company and people who stand behind it.

Quick delivery and ease of assembly.

This product provides much needed stability after my full knee replacement surgery. It’s plenty wide and durable. The only downside aback is that it moves around behind the toilet seat sometimes causing the lightweight seat to fall down while in use.

Extremely difficult to return a product. I've tried calling and sending a text to them with no answer. I really hope this wasn't a scam deal I was caught up in. Update: Pelegon contacted me and the matter was satisfied. I am very happy with the contact and the way they made sure everything was satisfactory with me and that is why I am raising my star count to 4 stars. In my opinion they still need to work on answering the phones, but like I said, they made everything right.

These are EASY to assemble....about 10 minutes with NO tools.....well built and seems rugged enough...also seems well designed....BUT....it DOES NOT fit ALL toilets....on my the crossmember does not fit either behind the lid or in front of it...no room.....I MAY have to remove the toilet seat lid OR buy another assist bar. ANNOYING....!
