Delivery time was a little slow. Received in great condition, easy to assemble, and stable once placed. Unfortunately, the person who required it, passed away and it is no longer needed.

I had a problem installing the legs of my bench seat. They were backwards and ended up falling apart in the bath. Started over with leg installation and got it snapped in correctly.

I thought I was ordering on the link to Amazon Prime but was routed to the SHOP site. Paid $9.99 for shipping. Item was delivered next day though so that worked out.

Arrived more quickly than I expected. The product is exactly as pictured and well constructed. It fits well around the greater knee area and the cold compresses fit neatly into pockets. My only complaint is that the compresses only stay cold for about 20 minutes. This is normally just enough but barely.

Excellent design and build quality, with very clear assembly instructions. Reasonably priced considering. Adding one extra of each of the hardware items was a thoughtful touch. I like that it doesn't change the height of the seat. It's easy to adjust the width and height, although we had to go to the lowest setting on the height (person using it is less than 5 ft tall). Good grips on the horizontal bars. The fact that it is free standing is both a plus and a minus. A plus in that it can be easily moved to other toilets if needed. A minus is that I would have wished for floor mounts (like a pipe flange) that would have allowed it to be securely screwed into the floor. It's only stable when the person using it is pushing down on the side bars. Without vertical loading, any lateral force (as in the person using it pulling the frame forward or to one side) causes it to shift position. Going to see if I can find some pipe flanges the would serve that purpose.
