Great product - took a 78F and 81M 2 hours to put it together!! Otherwise you would have gotten a 5. Seriously, we weren't short any supplies and we managed just fine for 2 old people.

My shower chair that I ordered had a flaw I could not put the back on my stool because the place where you bolt it on didn’t have threads in it. The bolts would just fall out. But I left the back off and just use the stool part. It’s works just fine without the back was just disappointed I didn’t have a complete chair for what I paid for.

all the parts were in the box, but i had to have a strong young person put together the toilet rails. It works very well and is very sturdy. It could be slightly wider.

It’s hard to attach the straps undervthe knee. Would be better to cross on top.
