Fast attentive customer service!
Wow...I had a question regarding what size cane tips my new cane needed (I was unable to find the information on Amazon's site or the manual that came with the cane) and you folks not only got back to me within 24 hours but indicated that you would revise the Amazon site and manual as well to include the information! GREAT customer service!

This product arrived so quickly
This product arrived so quickly, it was as if they had it right down the street. Packaging was great. Haven't had a chance/need to use it yet but I can tell it will be very useful. Appears to be a quality item.

The lift arrived promptly
The lift arrived promptly, undamaged. My son easily assembled and charged. Placed in an accessible spot. I may fall again, but I will be able to get back up!
