If I wanted access to a public account, I'd make an Instagram account and look at the public account for free. They advertise access to private accounts and state that it may take "7-30 days", which is the automated response. I've been waiting for over 4 months since May 2026. I asked for a refund and recieved this reply, "we can offer you a 70% refund and leave the subscription active for the paid period." What subscription is active? And for what account? I haven't even got the service I paid for yet. If anyone is suggesting to use this service, I would encourage you to look for other alternatives. You are wasting your time and money. Don't fall for the trap like I did.

Kris, the Billing Manager, helped me through the refund process. There were, of course, some exchanges along the way, including an initial refusal to issue a full refund, referring me to the refund policy, and an offer of a 70% refund. I understand that this is protocol they have to follow. However, in a case like mine, I find it rather preposterous that they would even attempt to push back on the refund request. The fundamental issue is that the means by which PeekViewer claims to provide its digital service simply does not work as advertised. There is no legitimate way around Meta’s server-side security measures. Unless PeekViewer has somehow partnered with Mossad, I simply don’t see how the advertised access to information from a private profile is possible. PeekViewer’s competitors are more transparent about how their services actually work: they send a follow request to the profile and hope the user accepts it, which then gives them access to the information. Sure, once access is granted, it may be a useful tool. But that is not what this review is about—it is about my actual experience, or more accurately, my complete lack of one. Save yourself the trouble and keep away from any "Viewers"

They steal your money making charges to your card even after you unsuscribe. Just today I got an email regarding a payment of around 90usd, I haven’t even logged in on the last months and after the same experience in past months I really tried to delete my cardninformation and unsuscribe from them, but they still manage to steal from you. How is this possible?

these guys dont worth your money and time.. it s now almost two month i am waiting for a result and they just cant deliver.and they dont do refunds…

They are scams. They will just steal your money. Just don’t waste your money on this.

Signed up for a three month subscription, was told it takes up to 30 days to retrieve info on a private IG. I kept emailing iver the course of the 3 months to ask about the status- was told they cannot give updates but that they will email the info when it’s ready! Now they tell me refund isn’t possible because it’s over 14 days since I signed up… well, at 14 days they said it would take up to 30 days for the info! I am very frustrated I fell for this and I would say it really seems scammy to not offer refunds!!
