Good customer care. I had a few questions after buying and they were very helpful.

Best vacuum bell company hands down. Had a pleasant experience with Chris for sizing and initial consultation. Recommended me the best size for my chest (standard) and the device arrived quickly. The vacuum bell itself exceeded my expectations for the price, as it's better quality than the official Klobe vacuum bell which i had before. With the Klobe bell, the pump needs to be removed and plugged up with a rubber plug to stop it leaking and falling off. These bells have built-in valves in the pump that stop any loss of suction which makes it much more user-friendly and pleasant to put on every day. Overall, i'm very happy and would recommend them to everyone looking to order a pectus vacuum bell.

I had a good experience with them. The vacuum bell we got is very high quality and has nice and soft silicone that is comfortable for our son to wear for over 2 hours per day. It stays on without needing to be re-pumped like his old one, and he is having excellent results so far. Highly recommend their service.

Highly recommend Pectus SOLUTIONS. Excellent customer service, professional staff that understand the topic of Pectus Excavatum. The vacuum bell they provided me came with full instructions and is of a quality much higher than that of the previous online company i bought from.

The product didn't come out like in the picture. It looked like someone cut the white tube since it looks longer on the picture. Also, they never looked at the emails regarding my issue. This website is probably a scam since they delivered a faulty product and won't reach out to my emails that I sent.

I placed an order with Pectus Solutions. A few days later they emailed me to say they have cancelled my order by mistake and told me I would have to re-order. Annoying, yes, but mistakes do happen. However as a result of this, I have ended up having to pay more than the original order. I asked for this difference to be refunded as it was their error. I have emailed them 3 different times now, and have received no response at all and no refund. Very poor service. UPDATE: Following the company response below, I have now contacted them 4 times with no response. 2x times I have responded to the original email from their Principal Orthotist, I have used their contact form once, and emailed the address given in their reply. I have still received no communication and no refund.

Great quality and quick service!

I didn't receive the product; it was delivered to the wrong address. The courier service you work with (Australia Post) was completely unhelpful, and now I have to open a case with the USPS to track my package. I don't have time to do this right now. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and it's for an orthotic device I desperately need.
