Prompt shipment and good communications. Simple tugger works as expected, but you need to be at least CI3; the further the better. The retainer as sized was a little big for me at first, again being further along really helps because they assume you have a good amount of loose skin. They seem to have a good handle on sizing in comparison to other restoration product vendors. The parts are well made. I modified the tugger by removing the strap (the end cap pops off easily with a screwdriver) and installed a 5mm silicon O-ring over the two big ears on the tugger so I could attach torpedo weights. Sometimes you can't wear the tugger all day; they say to take hour long breaks throughout the day.
