Can you be more specific on which item didn't fit and how? Too short, too wide or narrow, etc. Keep in mind the entire glans isn't supposed to fit in the receiving cone. I'd like to get you happy with your purchase but if that's not possible I am prepared to offer a refund on whatever products you're dissatisfied with.
