Peakforce LabsReviews of peakforcelabs.com

Order after order, this veteran-owned lab is earning my trust and respect. Questions get a prompt reply, and each successful transaction makes it less likely I will look anywhere else. This is my second review. So far they are doing the job, and I expect to stay with them.

The product is absolutely amazing. I’ve other numerous times and only had one product issue and it was resolved immediately. I have had another issue of sorts, I had a question regarding points spent so I called and left a message and have yet to receive a call back. Bummer on an otherwise great experience. My issue with the points program is this . I’ve accumulated over 77,000 points but I can only spent 1000 points per order. It may very well be something I’m doing wrong which is why I called. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ll still order as I get short on product and time. This is still my go to US supplier.

There has been a shipment delay so I haven’t actually received it yet, but dealing with the company was good

They were very helpful and timely. Only issue I had was I didn’t get my bacterial water so I had to send an email and then they sent it out asap and sent me 10 ml vial until they could get me the 30 ml vial I paid for.

Waiting on next BOGO deal

My previous experiences were amazing but this last order took 4 weeks to arrive. This was caused by a combination of the item being on back order and then being lost by usps. There was no tracking information from the post office and very little communication from seller. I don’t blame him for the post offices mistakes but I didn’t know about the item being on back order until I called 10 days after purchase. When the items finally arrived they were excellent quality as always so I would buy from him again in the future but I would hope to be notified if an item is not available to ship at the time my order is placed.

I have ordered from PeakForce labs many time. Quality peptides and great discounts! Shipping could be faster but I will continue to purchase their products.
