Tesamorelin Issues
Received product which when reconstituted turned into a gel state. Reported that 3 bottles had the same response as well as several other people I am aware also purchased the same product. Essentially was told they’d sold 1000s and no one else complained. Too risky to me when there clearly is zero accountability. I’m never purchasing from here again and threw away several thousands of dollars worth of product due to the risk.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify that we did offer to replace the affected product. When we communicated, we explained that we had sold nearly 1,000 vials of this product and yours was the first report of this issue we had received. That was context, not a dismissal of your concern. We cannot control how products are prepared, handled, or stored after delivery. This does not mean we have determined that your experience was caused by user error. Without evaluating the affected material and handling conditions, we cannot establish the cause. The resolution we offered was replacement of the affected product. Our products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only, not for human consumption. We cannot provide guidance or assurances regarding human use. We take product concerns seriously and regret that our communication left you feeling otherwise.
