UPDATED 01/30/2020 - Hello Brandon, our Customer Ambassador was able to locate your account and attempted to reach you via telephone this morning. As we were unable to connect via telephone, a follow up email was sent to the address on file. Please note that your financial agreement with Marlin is an equipment finance agreement (EFA), not a loan, therefore there is no breakdown of principal and interest. The equipment finance agreement (EFA) was booked with a set number of payments at a set dollar amount. Review of your file shows that you were billed and paid according to the terms set forth in your agreement. We would very much like to discuss your concerns, would you be willing to discuss?
