THIS BANK OPENED A FRAUD ACCOUNT FOR THE EQUIPMENT THAT I DONT EVEN HAVE, AND ALSO WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I'VE BEEN TELLING THEM FOR MONTHS AND NOW I HAD TO GET AN ATTORNEY TO SOLVE THIS. NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME AND DID ANYTHING . COMPANY THAT I WORKED WITH PROBABLY HAS A CONNECTION WITH THE BANK STAFF IF SOMETHIING LIKE THIS GOING ON. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE

Have had a business relationship for years. At the start of the pandemic lock down we asked marlin for deferred payments on our accounts. We followed all of their requirements and were granted these. Shortly after receiving these we began to have large amounts of money removed from our checking accounts (at one point over 10000.00 dollars)We would contact Marlin, most times waiting on hold for hours only to be told yes you do have deferrals and not sure why this happened. it would then take them a week or two to return the money. We have now received notice that Marlin has sold our loans to Us Bank. Us bank is now telling us that we never had deferrals from marlin or that Marlin did not forward them and we owe payments back to april.As I said we had a relationship for years never missed a payment and were never late.We have all of the correspondence to back this up Run away as quick as you can.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. As a new customer signed up for Autopay to have my payments deducted on the due date every month. There are no options to pick a payment date, it is automatically the payment due date, yet, every month so far they have failed to deduct the payment on the due date, but rather withdraw the payment two weeks later and access late charges. Dozens of emails, countless calls, endless promises to fix the situation, and yet again today the same thing happened. I will now waste precious time in an attempt to correct the issue, yet again. Find another option.

If I could give negative stars I would! This has been the biggest nightmare of a company I have ever worked with. We were required to use them for our phone equipment (required by the phone company). Now that Covid has hit our business we are trying to close out the contract because we no longer have an office and do not require phones. Marlin is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of! When I emailed about a buy out it took 11 FULL days for someone to email be back! By that time we had already made another payment. Then I responded and it kept going this way for 4 months now and I still do not have a buyout. I waiting two separate times on hold for over 2.5 hours before I just gave up. When they do answer emails they do not accurate address what you are asking so the cycle starts all over again. The purposefully avoid getting your answer so to get more money out of you! I still do not have my buyout. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! They DO NOT work with Covid impacted business like they claim

Thieves, dishonest, snakes, manipulative...etc. You want the bait and switch? Heres exactly where you go. Did a loan through them and was verbally told the payback amount was $13,000.00 and now its strangely $16,000.00. I paid double payments for 2 years and they refuse to put in writing where that extra payment money went with zero plan on crediting my account the extra amount I paid. Now I must solicit the hiring of my attorney at more expense. After haggling and basically begging for written resolve nothing has been accomplished in two years. Then all I receive are rude smart aleck replies from them via email. STEER ENTIRELY CLEAR OF THESE SNAKES!

FELLOW LOCKSMITH BEWARE! This company is a scam artist. You will end up with rates that rival those of your local title loan, and the title loan company will come out cheaper. Then when confronted about their shady business practice they will say it wasn't them even though every communication and document signed came directly from their agents. I financed roughly original amount to finance $11,000. I put $4,000 down so the actual financed amount was around $7,000. Want to guess what I ended up paying? $19,000 and change which is not the 20 percent interest that they claimed originally. I can accept a higher rate because this is a higher risk loan type but as you can see for a 3 year loan this isn't 20 percent. On the note of them calling it a loan, it's a lease and there's no paying it off early. When you're ready to pay it off you have to pay all the interest because at that time they will finally fess up to it being a lease. You're supposed to be able according to my supplier to by the lease at the end for $1. Nope they want an extra $1,300 from me. YOU HAVE BEEN PROPERLY WARNED!
