I have done business with Marlin on several occasions. I have found every person I've encountered to be upfront, courteous and genuinely caring about my business. We are very small (no employees just family owned and operated) and we have never felt like we didn't matter. From my sales rep Jennifer Grisolia to the the different account managers I've worked with the past 2 years (Angela D and Annette Hawkins) I get top notch service. These ladies have repeatedly gone above and beyond for my company. I think if more folks took the time to share the good that is Marlin, their rating would be much higher. However we are a society who are rarely as fast to recognize the good as we are the disappointments. If you are considering Marlin for your business financing needs, I give them 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! I can't speak as to why my experience was so different then some of the reviews, I can only tell you I will use them again should the need arise without hesitation based on the level of service I have received and continue to receive.

Excellent Service

What a great company! Vince Capriotti was one of the nicest and most professional gentlemen I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He helped me secure a piece of equipment I desperately needed for my business. Thank you again Vince. I would recommend this company to anyone!

very easy, very friendly, very patient

Had a great experience dealing with Marlin Business. Timothy Shane was very helpful explaining my options in full detail.

To Whom It May Concern: Matthew McCormick represented the company very well and we would like to honor his efforts with our 5 star rating of the company. Matt was professional, courteous, patient, forthcoming with great answers to all of our question. We felt like we were in good hands from the initial contact with Matt and he proved us right. We would recommend Matthew McCormick as one of the go-to contacts. Matt's demeanor was warm and inviting making us feel as though we'd met before and perhaps known him for many years prior. Matt was expedient and thorough with all aspects of the loan process and handled our inquiries with ease. Thanks to Matthew McCormick we are satisfied customers and we look forward to doing business with his company and sharing our positive experience with family, friends and others who are looking for a great financial service model.
