There are two reasons that I am a credible review. I was in the finance business. I have done multiple transactions with Eric. The 5 stars was earned. He was extremely polite. That's important to me. He was efficient. My time has value. I don't like hunting someone down and not getting return calls. Deals were done immediately and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and he was able to present options during a phone call that enabled me make decisions. The finance arena, especially leasing firms, are often filled with pompous and and less than efficient personnel, driving you in circles with paperwork and time consumption. Eric excelled. No B.S.
