I was working on a HVAC design build project for an owner when he asked if I could find him financing. Financing? I was lost, I just sale equipment. After thinking about it overnight I remembered a program for commercial leasing from another manufacturer. I remembered the first name was Horizon. The next morning I googled and found a number. I call the number and Tracy Fagan answered on about the second ring. We talked for a few minutes and Tracy said that I called the right company and she could help. She asked for the owners information and would contact them direct to explain the program. Keeping the story short this project was funded and ordered within 3 days. This would have been a missed opportunity for me without Horizon Keystone and probably one the best PSM’s in the business, Tracy Fagan.
