Easy to get funding, but it's as the Bible calls it......"usury" for sure. They have not gotten 1 bill correct. They were nice enough to work to get them sort of fixed but there is NO grace period. After waiting a couple days on them to make a correction, So I could pay online, when I circled back I ended up paying literally 2 day after due date and the fee was $185!

Our first statement didn't arrive until it was past due and now I have been charged a late fee. I am trying to get customer service to respond to my request to waive the late fee since I received my first invoice late.

The price we were quoted was different than the invoice we received by more than $200. We are still working with them to get it straightened out.

Marlin is good as far as a lender, but I started with Tina, and signed docs, then got transfered to two new reps before closing.

We purchased 2 additional licenses and upgraded 3 to Archicad 20. The sales rep was great and we received a quote with a days time. Once we decided to purchase our lease was sent to the wrong associate with in our office. Then once the mistake was noticed it was rerouted and signed plus returned. Then, info was incorrect and needed to be adjusted on the lease. We received the lease through Docusign via email. They requested that a check be made out for advance payment and attached. So we did just that. The finance rep Timothy confirmed he received everything. Two weeks later we were told a late fee ($200+) would be assessed due to our check not being received. It was supposed to be filed in. So we had to fedex a check ($54 overnight) to Timothy. After doing so, we received a statement reflecting a late fee after we were told if we overnighted the check we would not receive a fee. Not a great experience to say the least.
