Worst financing company. Period.
By far the worst financing company I’ve ever dealt with.. hands down. The customer Service is awful, just setting up my account and getting the equipment financed was terrible and then they took about 3 weeks to get everything squared away with the equipment manufacturers. I went with the 12 month financing to save some money on “interest.” Payments were set to be $9xx.xx and upon the first payment after the downpayment. And then out of the blue, I get a call saying they messed up and my payment was going to be a little bit more. So I’m not happy at this point already.. First payment comes around and I got charged $1,2xx.xx, almost $300 more for a hidden fee. 2nd month comes around, was not notified a payment was being processed, partly my own fault because the funds were not available, they called me about the situation and got it handled, then she tells me, since there is a late charge, we will now be charging you $1,1xx.xx for the payment. One thing after another...the company is a scam. Will be paying them off and making sure to get my review out there and warn any other companies who will be looking for equipment financing. Company is a joke.
