Kelly, Meg, and Jack were incredibly helpful and informative, outlining exactly what I would have to do and making sure I understood the entire process. They stopped periodically to make sure I was following along and what the whole process would entail while genuinely caring about my decisions and opinions. I was nervous and on the fence when I was getting more info but Carey Correia had all the answers I needed and we had some things in common so it definitely helped in the interaction between us. Thought about going with them instead of a local bank. So we set an appointment. Then I got no less than 6 emails reminding me of the appointment. Then they called 2 minutes late. But cool. No biggie. But then the lovely young lady who called me said she would transfer me to another person. And I waited for several minutes on hold. To be clear: We set an appointment, and THEY called ME, then put me on hold. Why did we even set an appointment?? Then, the first person came back and told me everyone was busy. Again: They spammed my inbox making sure I was going to be available, but then didn't bother to offer the same courtesy. Why would I do business with people who can't even get an appointment right?
