My husband and I were nervous about inquiring about the program, but we had heard great things about PDS. So we finally set up a phone call to see what they were all about! When we got on the phone with Lane he helped to put us at ease instantly. He listened without judgment and made us feel very comfortable. He was professional, kind and thorough when explaining the program and going over our budget with us. He made us feel valued and eased any thoughts of shame that we had, like most people feel when discussing their finances and debt that had been accumulated. We appreciate Lane and the PDS team, along with Five Lakes Law Group. Lane provided a warm hand-off to Five Lakes Law Group and assured us that we could contact him at any time through a variety of communication methods. The enrollment process went smooth and easy.
