Still waiting
As far as the letters, the ID card and all that you get with PDS, I am very satisfied with my experience. It did seem to take a long time to receive my printed letters, but I got my electronic copies in a timely manner and we are in the middle of a pandemic. It has been a month now, since I was approved, and I still have not received my service dog harness. This makes it about 6 weeks since the ordered date. If I wasn't still waiting on the harness, I would have given them 5 stars. I have received my harness and have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. It did take a while but I have to keep in mind we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Sorry, covid caused some major shipping and customer service delays. We were short staffed and scrambling amidst the outbreak. We have since regrouped for a better response time.
