A quality product. I like the email service, that was fast! I had to remove a star because it took a longtime for my hardcopies and cards to arrive. The customer service was responsive but they didn't seem to have tracking information. For the price, tracking would've been nice. I really like the id cards and Im happy with my purchase.

Everything was fast and great except I revived paperwork with running ink.

It took two try's so I would suggest that you copy and save your written symptoms. Once you go to the payment screen and try to go back all your information is lost. Other than that problem the second try was a piece of cake and I had no problems. I would recommend this site to anyone with a need for a support animal.

Although the hard copies took some time to be received, customer service was great. They responded to my email within a few hours and resent copies of my letters through the mail! Fingers crossed that my landlord is as impressed as I am!

Quick and easy, pretty straight forward. I do think though that the accessories are a little over priced.
